The aestheticians, Susan and Erin, were very friendly and eager to ask questions, explain, and educate. They both clearly know a lot about their respective specialties and wanted to make sure to thoroughly explain why they recommend certain treatments versus others for my skin. Susan was astute enough to squeeze me in for a consult with Erin when she had a cancellation that day and Erin was then able to do my Botox same day, which was appreciated. Nothing was rushed or pressured. The assistants working with them were also very good and explained consent and payment clearly. I’ll definitely be going back. I loved it! Thanks, ladies :)
