We went for a number of days with the water company telling us we had a leak. Low Tide showed up in a timely manner and worked to find the source. It appeared to be coming from an ice maker that was not running properly so they turned it off and suggested we watch for a day or two to see if that solved the problem. The following day we determined that the leak was ongoing so we called Low Tide back. They quickly sent another team to investigate and they were able to find the source and make the necessary repairs. The Low Tide staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Laura walked me through the process to confirm we were on the same page. The service call was set up promptly; the plumbers arrived on time and they, too, were friendly, courteous, and had everything needed on hand to complete the job. Before leaving they demonstrated that both sinks were performing as they should to my satisfaction. Mission Accomplished!!
I highly recommend low tide not only did they arrive early which I was so grateful, they fixed the leak, and explained what happened. They were professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend low tide. It’s difficult getting good service and companies that have excellent trained technicians, low tide has both.
