Tech called to let me know an approximate time as well as to let me know he was on his way. Looked over the system and found the previous tech was incorrect in diagnosis, and the unit was fine. Gave us some tips on how to ensure it is running properly and it has been working fine. Thank you

I changed my HVAC maintenance to Love and let me tell you how much more professional, thorough and pleasant they are compared to our previous maintenance vendor (starts with a “C”). They fixed a few safety issues from the original house HVAC installer (starts with a “F”) - house is only 1.5 yrs old. Mike W was our tech and very pleased with his knowledge and workmanship.
