We have been using Home Team Pest Defense in Bluffton, SC, since we moved here in 2012. They have always been very good but none of their workers have been as praiseworthy as Shawn Nelson. Shawn is soft-spoken, polite, an effective communicator, and very diligent at his job. He does a great job of making sure all of the appropriate tasks are completed and that we have had a chance to voice any concerns. We appreciate the excellent service. Thanks. Keep up the good work.

Both my sales rep (Zackery) and tech (Karl) were very professional and friendly. They both explained very thoroughly what to expect. Would highly recommend (but I don’t think the bugs would).
