This was my first time coming in and the people there took such good care of me ! I walked in and was immediately helped. I had some concerns about how my nails look without acrylic because I am trying to grow them out. Even though they were very busy I was still informed in a way I could easily understand what would be best for my nails. Everyone is very kind, helpful, and honest. They also gave me a stylist when they wrapped my nails to take the acrylic off. I never write reviews but I am too impressed my the excellent customer service and the quality work.
Let me first say that all the technicians I have had here have been kind and I have no complaints about them individually. I have been coming to the salon off and on for the last eight years I’m not sure if there is a new manager or owner but the gentleman working 10/19 at the front desk was RUDE and told me it would be a minimum of a 20 minute wait for an eyebrow Wax. I could tell he wanted me to leave. I was uncomfortable and I turned around to go, but since I don’t drive myself anymore, my husband told me I could wait because he had to go to Publix. THE BEST NAIL SALON EVER!!! i always go here for my full sets and they do not disappoint! their prices are also on the lower end compared to surrounding salons and the workers are so nice. This is the best nail salon in Bluffton!
