Very happy with the service and especially with technician Arnold Hufstetler. We were experiencing an imbalance of our AC, one room much warmer. Called for service and Arnold was at our door the same day. Cannot beat the service and would highly recommend them.
Our air conditioner had quit sometime during the night. I called Epperson and was told the technician would be out after 4pm. The Technician arrived early and within a few minutes the air conditioner was working. Thank you Epperson.
My service provider was on time, pleasant and very professional. He addressed the issue, reviewed possible solutions and asked if I had any questions. He proceeded to address the problem and explained his actions as they were completed. He told me possible issues and ask if there were any questions. A fine experience.
