The vets, including Dr. Lane and Dr. Parker, are empathetic and respectful, making a difficult process easier to bear. They listen to concerns and treat clients like family, which creates a trusting atmosphere. The team's love and care for animals is evident, and they are reliable and informative in answering questions. Many customers have expressed gratitude for the attentive care their pets receive, ensuring a positive experience for all.
I would like to share the experience I had with Coastal Veterinary Clinic. Sadly, I had to say goodbye to my cat and best friend Scooby, who was the best company I could have ever asked for. Anyone that has gone through this knows how tough and heartbreaking this is. I've been through this before, but this one was the toughest for me. Dr. Katie Black was sincerely compassionate and showed so much care and empathy on that sad day and if it was possible, made it easier to go to through. I was petsitting, and one of the dogs needed an appointment. They were able to get her in the next day. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and paid attention to details. Dr Lieberman was great with Zoe. I was very impressed.
AMAZING ! Can’t say enough great things about this Vet !!!! They have taken care of 6 of our dogs… So thorough and compassionate ! Would never go anywhere else !!! Just yesterday took in one of our shepherds with a hematoma on her ear. Dr. Parker drained it and fixed her up. She had a floppy ear, but all is good now.!! Thank you !!!
