Based on the provided reviews, Coastal Carolina Endodontics is a highly recommended practice. The team, including Dr. Putnam, provides excellent and most kind services and treatment. Patients who were nervous and not very educated on what to expect found the entire staff to be patient, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and efficient, and were transparent about costs and insurance coverage. Dr. Putnam was kind, thorough, and committed to providing high quality care. The office was extremely clean, organized, and equipped with very modern technology. The entire experience felt stress free, with a calm and comforting environment. Patients who needed root canal procedures felt comfortable and had no pain or discomfort, even with a calcified tooth that required more time. The team went above and beyond to communicate clearly. Dr. Putnam and the entire staff are top notch. From start to finish, the office staff and Dr. Putnam made patients very comfortable with the root canal procedure.
I was very impressed with Dr. Putman and his staff. Dr. Putman was direct and honest in my consultation regarding a tooth that had already had two root canals, but was still hurting. He explained my situation thoroughly and recommended an extraction which he doesn't do. So, I know he is trustworthy. I also, really liked Gabriel, Dr. Putman's assistant. He was so friendly. The girls at the front desk were also very friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Putman!
Everyone from beginning to end was very caring and kind, continuously checking on how I was doing. ASHLEY(😁)and Casey(🤩)are the best! Ana and the girl she was training(I'm so sorry, can't remember your name🫣) were great! I have always heard great feedback for Dr Putnam, and he proved himself true to what people have told me. Y'all are fantastic, thank you❣❣
They are precise, organized, and efficient. Dr Putnam was very nice & explains what his plan is to treat your tooth/teeth. It's a excellent office. Everyone willing to help you and are very friendly.
