Based on the provided reviews, Coastal Carolina Endodontics is a highly recommended practice. The team, including Dr. Putnam, provides excellent and most kind services and treatment. Patients who were nervous and not very educated on what to expect found the entire staff to be patient, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and efficient, and were transparent about costs and insurance coverage. Dr. Putnam was kind, thorough, and committed to providing high quality care. The office was extremely clean, organized, and equipped with very modern technology. The entire experience felt stress free, with a calm and comforting environment. Patients who needed root canal procedures felt comfortable and had no pain or discomfort, even with a calcified tooth that required more time. The team went above and beyond to communicate clearly. Dr. Putnam and the entire staff are top notch. From start to finish, the office staff and Dr. Putnam made patients very comfortable with the root canal procedure.
I had never needed to see an endodontist before, so I came into this experience feeling nervous and honestly not very educated on what to expect. Dr. Putnam and the entire office staff were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Everyone was patient, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything in a way that I could truly understand so I could make the best informed decision for my care.

I was referred to Dr. Putnam’s practice from my regular dentist for a consultation. I suspected that I would need one or two root canal procedures because I have had them before. Dr. Putnam examined me and explained everything to me in very clear and understandable detail. He put me at ease with his presentation style.
As “luck?” Would have it, there was a cancellation while I was there that enabled me to get my first (of 2) root canals done right away. Dr. Putnam and the hygienist made me feel as comfortable as I could be with that procedure. I seriously can not sing enough praises for this whole office. Dr. Putnam is AWESOME. He was so kind and caring. He performed a root canal on me and I literally had no pain or discomfort after. I HIGHLY recommend him.
