I’m so grateful to have found Biological Center for Dentistry! I drove down from Charleston for my appointment and will never go anywhere else. I’m thrilled to have found a biological dentist in the Lowcountry who understands how our teeth play a huge role in our overall health and who takes a natural, holistic approach to dentistry. Dr. Porcelli and the team there are very personable and made it a great experience!

My son's teeth look incredible! He had a significant amount of decay near his gum line on multiple teeth. I wish I had before and after photos to show the improvement--just stunning, beautiful work.My son is only 3. The fillings were completed without sedation and he was made to feel absolutely comfortable during the experience. Dr. Porcelli is gifted and my family highly recommends him! I'm just so happy we chose the Biological Center for Dentistry!!

The staff is friendly and caring, and makes sure that I have a comfortable, stress-free visit every time.Dr. Porcelli is passionate about what he does. He explains any issues I have had and how oral issues can impact the entire body.
