The engagement started out great with an incredible design for our kitchen remodel. It went downhill from there. The installer was difficult to work with and was extremely rude to the other contractors on my builders team. They finished 80% of the job and it took over four months for them to finish the final 20%. The disappointing part of the engagement was the fact that AKD did not execute on the design elements that we agreed upon and I paid for. In the end they refused to fix the issues. Overall installation was poorly executed. 10 months later it is still not completed and at this point I give up. Buyer beware!
