My husband and I were looking for a cleaning service that could clean our home on a regular basis. We found A Touch of Class and started off with a monthly schedule. We quickly realized how valuable they were to our mental and physical health and moved to every two weeks. Monique’s team has been cleaning our home for around 6 months now, and we have always had a good experience. They are thorough, cautious, and quick. I also find Monique’s pricing to be very competitive in the market. But ultimately we wanted to find a crew that became familiar with our home, which we did in A Touch of Class. I appreciate that the team is all fairly local. They are timely and very communicative. If they miss a spot (which happens - we’re all human), they are more than willing to come back to fix it. They also use an app for scheduling and invoicing, which is great. As a final callout, Jade is our lead, and she’s such a ray of sunshine. She’s professional, knowledgeable, kind, and consistent. We have always been happy with her service and look forward to our cleaning service.
