I’ve had several massages in my lifetime, however today is the 1st real massage I think Ive ever had & I can actually turn my neck towards the left side & normally I can’t.
I will definitely be back!!

Everything was wonderful I went in for a deep tissue but instead left with a therapeutic massage due to my body not being able to take a deep massage thanks to Dana taking the time to explain the difference in it and suiting my body of it's needs. I got the cupping done as well and it was not bad either was quite helpful being my first time trying it, i definitely will be back!

This is a definite must! This place is amazing. The cold water plunge, the infrared sauna will both get your blood flowing. The massages are incredible. Dana has really helped my back and neck.
