This is a definite must! This place is amazing. The cold water plunge, the infrared sauna will both get your blood flowing. The massages are incredible. Dana has really helped my back and neck.
I have been doing cold plunge and infrared sauna for several month at Sweet Serenity Spa in Blacksburg SC. The inflammation and stiffness in my joints has been greatly reduced. If you are having similar issues, give it a try. You may enjoy improved mobility as I have. The staff are professional, the facility is immaculate and they also give wonderful massages.
I have had hundreds of massages all over the world. You may call me crazy to say I had the best massage of my life at this small Spa in SC but let me tell you... it's 100% the truth. And affordable! 12/10.
