I drive from Charleston to Bamberg because I actually found a vet that cares about animals more than money. Dr. Mitchell, his wonderful staff, and his awesome wife have gone above and beyond to help my dogs. He has great bedside manner, cuts up and just acts in a way that makes you feel comfortable bringing your pets to him. Would be nice if he was closer to me but his staff and him are worth the trip.

Dr Mitchell and staff are great people who love and care for your pet. My question are always answered patiently and never rushed even though this place stays busy because he's the best around

I couldn't ask for a more gracious vet and staff. Words can't express my gratitude to them. Finding so many vets no longer practicing but just the basics and anything else they want to send you to an emergency clinic. Something that used to be every day medicine practiced. Dr. Mitchell and his staff on the other hand are there for the animals and their clients. Not only that they are beyond reasonably priced making it affordable for people to treat their pets.
