My phone was smashed and only needed the data. The guy at the counter recommended I only remove the data for $100 since, I already replaced my old phone. He said he'd call at 12noon the next day and he did exactly that. No stressing awaiting a phone call. This store restored ALL my data and swapped it seamlessly to my new phone. He was extremely professional and gave amazing advice to safe guard my data in the future. I would highly recommend this store for tech repairs!

After a huge scare on July 4th thinking I could not recover my stuff off my phone....I was blessed to have Steven at ubreakifix work with me to get it all back to my new phone. Days of worry and wonder and his kindness and patience with me was so appreciated. Everyone in the store was great to work with. Answered any questions I had and helped me do it all.
