Southern Shingles Roofing & Exteriors is the company to call for anything needed for a roof. After a large storm, one customer had a tough time finding a contractor to repair their garage and kept getting the run around. Douglas stepped in and immediately got the ball rolling and finished the job extremely fast. The team was fast, professional, and beyond courteous. Another customer asked them to inspect their roof; they found minor issues and promptly repaired them. They are good, honest people. The service was excellent, and everything was handled efficiently, from resolving a roof leak to managing a massive oak tree that fell through a roof and ceiling. Douglas and his various crews of skilled craftsmen worked diligently to make repairs and put things back together. They were extremely knowledgeable about the insurance claims process for property damage and helped guide customers through everything to get the coverage needed. Their communication and customer care were excellent throughout the entire project, with professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommended for roofing, interior damage repair, and insurance restoration services.
I was denied a claim by my insurance company. My son's coworker gave him Will's number and told me to call him. Will reopened my claim and got it approved! These guys came and put a full brand new roof on my house and did a wonderful job. I will recommend Southern Shingles Roofing & Exteriors to anyone.
