EDIT: In the spirit of grace I edited this review. I did have an issue where my wig was cut incorrectly and poorly styled and the matter was mishandled by the stylist who did the work. After I took the matter up with the BBB, and the owner, Ms. Fant, immediately reached out and resolved the issue. By compensating me for the wig and the services I paid for, I was made whole.Ms. Fant apologized and also told me that I could/should have come to her, though unfortunately at the time was not an option as I did not have her number, and didn’t feel comfortable returning to the establishment. Some of the best beauticians in the business work at SNAZ-Z. Great atmosphere and they have CDC standards for covid in place to make sure their customers are safe! Louise Fant is the BEST!!
