Some there are great others dont have to rude sometimes people just cant remember things i hate that ur jobs so hard answering a phone u have to be rude to ur paying customers but as long as im calling to make that payment they are not rude but no other questions please...i dont wanna have to type stuff in and rudely put u on hold in the middle of u talking hmmmmm...
