We’ve been in our home for 17 years and have been paying another locally owned business to do annual crawl space inspections. The other guys never mentioned a moisture issue, just always said everything was good. When we recently noticed a soft spot in our kitchen and our hardwood floors started cupping, we knew we had a problem. I’ve known the owner for many years and he’s the only one that I knew I could trust to fix the problem. He and his crew removed and replaced our insulation, cleaned the floor joists, repaired the damaged sub flooring, installed a French drain, sump pump, dehumidifier and plastic moisture barrier so we are good to go. We have appreciated their prompt, efficient and guaranteed service for two years. They also do a great job with outdoor mosquito spraying - we see a huge difference in the mosquito population, even in our tree-filled .8 acre lot and rural forested location. Sometimes hard to get them on the phone but they are likely out working then. Wish they had the ability for automatic or electric payments. They do take credit cards via phone which is helpful.
