Pool Pro has come to the rescue once again!! They installed my pool in 2016. I got the 27’ which a pretty big above ground pool. Everything was great until last summer. It started losing water; and rather quickly. Finally called them and they came out this year. Put a new liner in (although it was the wrong liner I chose) put they didn’t have the style for the size pool I have. Filled it up before realizing this (I work nights). All the start up chemicals included. It was still losing water. So, Alex made a special trip to see what was happening. (After many people telling me different reasons) Alex pinpointed it in less than ten minutes. It was the part that you put it to filter, backwash, rinse etc. And he fixed it in the spot and very reasonably priced. Pool is like brand new now. Pool Pro is definitely my go to.
