Pool less than a year old. liner tore away from steps due to improper installation according to Pool Leak Solutions who came out and found my leak. They payed for repairs but will not replace my liner. I just don't think a $40,000 pool should have 4 patches due to improper installation. Also the vermiculite bottom under liner very sloppy work with multiple spots that are deep. And have not received any warranties on any equipment. now it's May 2020 and I still have not heard from Jared Mize to fix my pool. I have given recommendations to two other people for other companies. my pool is still not repaired and I have other issues. poor customer service!

Amazing experience start to finish with Mize pools. Can’t beat the “I’ll treat it as if it was my own backyard” mentality. Jared was the easiest of all we worked with during our new build. We recommend him 100%. If you are looking for old school correspondence, someone who shows up when they promise, and pride in the work they produce, look no further than Mize pools.

Mize Pools installed our pool in September of this year. They are kind, prompt and listened to our requests. They’ve helped us in any area we’ve needed help in (with being new pool owners). Can’t wait to use it more next year!
