They offered a great deal of 0% financing for 60 months. The guys were on time, efficient and professional. They answered all my questions in great detail, were respectful and courteous. Jamal and his co- worker exceeded my expectations of the work and professionalism I felt I should receive!
The techs were all very professional and polite. I asked for a breakdown (parts, labor, supplies etc) of the final large bill along with the warranty and have not received it yet. The tech who put in the new coil had to wait for an hour for new refrigerant because some other tech had taken his truck. I certainly don't expect to pay for that hour since it was due to lack of coordination at the company. The HVAC is working fine. I would have rated them a five if I had the requested information.
