She takes the time to address individual skin concerns and creates a relaxing experience. Rachel, another esthetician, is praised for her friendly demeanor and skill in shaping eyebrows. The appointment process is described as easy and smooth. While there have been minor oversights in the past, such as not being shown the locker room upon arrival, customers generally report having a good experience. However, it should be noted that there is no sitting area or tea offered.
Had a facial today with Emily & it was amazing! She’s so sweet! It was incredibly relaxing, she addressed my skin concerns, and my skin has honestly never looked better. I will definitely be rebooking with her!
I have had about 5 facials here over the years. This past one with Emily was the best yet. Sometimes a 30 min facial feels more like a face wash but she used several products and packed alot in 30 mins.My massage was with Felicity. She did a very good job. She worked on areas I needed her to. Her pressure was medium.When I checked in they didn't bring me to the locker room, just sent me to the facial room and therefore I was still wearing jeans during that part. Then they had me change into a robe before massage. Just an oversight that day. They don't offer tea or have a nice sitting area to relax. Still had an overall good experience.
I had my brows shaped by Rachel, and they look amazing! I’ve never had them shaped before, and she was so friendly and kind (and great at her job). The appointment experience was frictionless and easy. Definitely coming back!
