I don't possess an income tax acumen, thankfully, Mr. Cowans does. Throughout the years ("40 to-date), I continue to receive exemplary service and greatly appreciate Mr. Cowans impeccable-professionalism, consistently shown.Mr. Cowans could give lessons to the many business that "lack" such professional qualities beginning with management...extending to the inefficiencies of their staff.To paraphrase ARISTOTLE: "We are what we repeatedly do, therefore,EXCELLENCE is not an act, it's a habit."=diane perry=30 January 2021
