I purchased 3 vouchers and made appointments for the 3 vehicles. Took time off from work foe the first vehicle, and Casey no showed. I texted and he said he forgot to write down the 3 appointments we had set (the dates and times were in previous text messages). We rescheduled and again, a no show. Casey said he posted on his Facebook page that he had to reschedule appointments that week. My husband is not on FB, we received no message via FB, and received no text that he could not make the appointment. If I had not already pre-paid for the vouchers, I would have found another service. But we again rescheduled, the 3 vehicles were completed, and the work was good except we had to do the inside windshields as they was very filmy. The chemical used to clean/shine tires left marks on my driveway and won't wash off. I'll use another service that is more professional and communicates better.

When they got done I found what I think to be a crack pipe or some type of drug smoking paraphernalia very dissatisfied unprofessional very messed up to high and intoxicated to be in public let alone working on some ones vehicle not sure what the yellowish white substance was that was found under floor mat but I'm no rocket scientist but pretty sure it was not cleaning supplies
