Let me first just say that I have NEVER been to an eye doctor that cares so much about making you feel at home and comfortable! I have always had really bad anxiety, but especially when someone or something gets close to my eyes. When I had my visit yesterday, and they called me back I suddenly got super nervous when I saw the pressure test coming towards my eye! Every other eye doctor I have been to, I would get snarky comments, eye rolling, and impatience while I would ask for a minute to breathe and compose myself. That was definitely not the case here! Dr. Ward was very thorough and easy to talk to. I felt like he really wanted to help me with my eye issues. He took time to listen and give me his expert advice. I was happy to get a real person when I called for an appointment, not a recording. He gave me a new pair of contacts to try for a couple of weeks. I look forward to my next visit.

Carolina Eye Care saw me in an emergency situation when I suddenly lost vision in one eye and saw me immediately, without hesitation and was so comforting! Dr. Ward and his team do an absolutely amazing job and made sure that I had any follow up care needed in the weeks to follow. My husband has been seeing Dr. Mak for years and has always told me about their great service, wish I would have started coming sooner but now I am definitely a lifelong patient! 10/10 would recommend them for any eye care needs, they are great team and do an outstanding job!
