We have nothing bad to say about Brown Haven. We have interviewed several builders to build our home in the Cliffs. We purchased a set of plans, had it mapped out on the lot and something was telling us it was not right. We just kept searching until we found Brown Haven. This process from the get go was so simple and streamlined. We worked with Shelby, all the floor plans are on their site and you can change the interior walls without problem to customize your home. Wrapped up our meeting with Jordan Day to choose all the finishes and review other aspects of the building plans. It was so smooth and Jordan provided just the right amount of help. We knew what we wanted for the most part, but she was able to help guide some of the key choices with her knowledge and understanding of the style we were developing in the process. She made the process enjoyable and easy!
Started our build in May and moved-in in October. Brown Haven did a wonderful job throughout the entire process. Chaiz was a great construction manager and was respectful and responsive to every concern we had during the build. After moving in there were a couple very minor issues and Justin with the warranty group were out the same day to fix the issues. I would highly recommend Brown Haven for anyone wanting a custom quality home built. 10/10
