Banfield Pet Hospital® - Anderson Northlake is known for its quality and attentive health and wellness care for various pet patients. The staff is courteous, passionate about pets, and attentive to pet owners' needs and questions. They offer full-service medical facilities with general services including routine vaccinations, microchipping, dental and surgical care. Follow-up calls after visits and surgeries are a nice touch to their care. The hospital's new building has been well-received, and they offer affordable prices. One area that could be improved is the availability of a grass area for pets to relax. Despite this, the staff's wonderful demeanor and great news of a husky delivering puppies have earned them a five-star rating. Banfield Pet Hospital is accepting new patients and is committed to promoting responsible pet ownership and preventive health care.
Love all of the staff here and have been taking my pets here for about 10 years.
We lost our sweet pup a couple weeks ago and the staff at Banfield were so professional and incredibly comforting during such a difficult time. From the time we got the news to the moment we said goodbye, every staff member was by our side with words of love and comfort. This was the first time my husband and I have ever had to put a dog down, and each and every person made this process as easy and peaceful as they could. And just when I thought they couldn’t do anything better, we got the sweetest card in the mail today. Thank you, Banfield of Anderson. Our family truly appreciates you.
I’ve been bringing Riley, my GSD, to Banfield ever since I got him at 8 weeks old. He is now 7 years old. And I love it. They are always so caring to him, even though he can be cantankerous sometimes. Dr. Miller is amazing.
