You can never go wrong with AnnaKate Cobb, if you want loyalty, honesty and someone who is actually on your side and has your best interest at heart, she is by far the family friend Realtor you will ever want. She is a go getter and doesn't stop until she knows for a fact that is exactly what you want. She doesn't jerk you around or waste your time and when it's all said and done she is your friend for life. Christian morals, a loving wife, mother & friend/family. As GOD is my witness you will not go wrong with AnnaKate Cobb.

Love AnnaKate! She is very Knowledgeable in real estate. She is a sweet and genuine person. She is very easy to work with. We had a great experience with her. Highly recommend her as a real estate agent. I feel like we made a friend as well with her.

AnnaKate is a savvy negotiator in a sweet-as-sugar package. I can't tell you what a joy it was to work with her to buy my home. I met her at an open house and after a couple of calls we headed out to see properties. I was relocating to Anderson from Chicago and had loads of questions but never did I feel rushed or as if I was pestering her. She made herself very available and worked around my schedule. We were under contract 3x in total (a couple of tricky inspections) and while she didn't tell me what decisions to make, she insured I had all of the information to make the decision myself. AnnaKate also scheduled everything for me- home inspection, termite inspection, the works! I've never experienced that and it made the process so much easier as a working professional.If there was constructive feedback to give, I'd give it. But it's been a delight, from the open house to closing. I walked away with a beautiful home (that I purchased under what it appraised for btw) and a new friend!
