From the very start, it was a seamless operation. Start to finish. The moment we walked into the showroom to opening up our front door. I still pinch myself.
The new build has a year warranty, and who overlooked that warranty is a young man by the name of Rick Springfield. Rick is everything a new homeowner needs and then some. He sticks out his neck to do the very best he can to make you happy. Americas Home Place has a diamond in the rough.

We are so glad that we went with America's Homeplace in Anderson. Their reviews speak for themselves. The whole process was so easy and we love our house. All of the guys were great to work with and handled every concern quickly. I, especially, want to give a huge shout-out to Rick and the warranty team. We had a few cosmetic settlement issues at our follow up visit and they were so accommodating in addressing them all. The house looks great. They did a phenomenal job and cleaned up well after themselves. I highly recommend AHP. We were first time builders and they made the process so easy to navigate.
