Provides timely and responsive service. They communicate well and, in our case, the same technician services our home quarterly so it’s good to have someone provide that consistency.
The gentleman knocked and quickly identified himself with his card and told his mission--The annual termite inspection. He then donned his coveralls and spent about half hour under the house. He found some old damage but no active insect problems that required treatment. He was very courteous and reassuring. He took photos of a leak in a drain in one bathroom and sent them to me so I can tell the plumber. Overall he was very thorough and helpful.
Terminix sent out a rep that was 10X more thorough spraying our home than Orkin, and they are much more affordable at $110 paid quarterly which equivocates to $36.67 a month!!! My husband and I are extremely happy with their service and highly recommend Terminix over the rest!!
