Wow. Joe is a true professional. I knew that from the minute he entered our home. How, because he put on shoe covers to protect our floors.
The installation was done within the time allotted and the unit was up and running
Speaking of the selected unit. He replaced a 14 year old unit that was adequate for the technology at that time but I was looking for more
Particularly the ability to dehumidify quickly. By lowering the humidity in the home, you can actually set your unit at a higher temperature
to achieve the same comfort level one would get at a lower setting. Thus you save more money. Joe gave me several options and how the system would function His recommendation were spot on.
I am a happy customer and my wife is just right comfortable.
