Working with Ed Girardeau was an absolute pleasure. In 2022, he managed to sell our house at double the price I had previously offered it to a tenant just 1.5 years earlier. Mark Davey is the best! Talk about going above and beyond. He was so attentive to details and patient with us as we looked for the home of our dreams. We are moving from another state and he did so much to make it easy for us. He even walked through the house we ended up buying and face timed us so we could see each room and the property! After our offer was accepted he went to the house for us to meet inspectors etc. We can’t say enough wonderful things about him!!
