Over the last 3 years I've worked with various staff members from emergency care, diagnostics services and vet supply. They were all knowledgeable, addressed my horse's needs while also being considerate of the costs involved. Everyone is so nice and accommodating at Performance which goes a long way. Truly outstanding customer service!!! I find the client portal to be extremely helpful and easy to use from paying your bills to having your animals history all in one place. Dr Jacobs has created a top notch facility!

I could not have asked for a better emergency staff than all of those at performance equine! I am beyond grateful for everything that was done for my boy. He had to have surgery for a strangulating lipoma and was home within a week, thankfully. Every question and phone call was answered with compassion and care. Very knowledgeable, thorough and attentive.
