Dr Pniewski is skilled, thorough, and attentive to individual’s concerns. He has helped me with some real aggravation from sports injuries and joint inflammation. So thankful to be walking around pain free again! After I injured my lower back for the millionth time, I had two therapy sessions with Josh. Thanks to the stretching exercises he taught me and dry needling, it doesn’t hurt to move anymore!
