If I could give 0 stars I would, my brother brought in his wife's car for diagnostics. They told him he needed 2 sensors, well they wanted to charge a crazy amount to replace them, like 1,000$ crazy sensors only costed $130 for both Went and bought the sensors and put them on, not the problem. So at this point he is 300$ in parts and diagnosing. Well he took it to a transmission shop, yes a transmission shop. They diagnosed for free and they told him the exact problem. The resonator was busted up and causing the car to bog. Had it fixed that afternoon. This place is a absolute joke and I will never recommend these people. Absolutely crooks and for everyone's Info I was there through the whole process and helped put the sensors on so this review isn't based on just word of mouth. Shout out to performance transmission in north Augusta! They were great and a major help!

I was not taken seriously and they tried to rip me off. Took forever to get to me about a part I was picking up. They sat right in front of the window and talked the whole time. And were very rude and demeaning when I said that the price they said did not match the quote. (440 is a major difference from 275) Do better.

I have been a customer for Chevy of Aiken for 15 years bought a Kia Forte that lasted a really long time had the normal wear and tear over the years it was used when I bought it but I had no complaints. we also bought a Pontiac Vibe that was a good car no complaints. in December of 2021 I bought a Chevy Equinox in August of 2022 it started having issues it needed new tires whole set, it needed a new battery, it needed front brakes, the 2010 to 2017 Equinox have oil consumption problems. which they should know about because there was 2 bulletins issued about them. In November I called them and they said come in we will see what we can do for you, the only thing they did for me was give me a runaround and said they wouldn't buy a battery cuz it had been a year which it was a month away from being a year and was going to do something about a recall on a windshield wiper that's it that's all they're going to do for me. they didn't even do a diagnostic to see what was going on. Then in January I tried three times to call up there to talk to the sales manager and he was gone, finally talked to the general manager and I said I wanted to try to trade the vehicle so I went in to trade the vehicle and there was nothing they would do for me. I'm very disappointed cuz I really liked going to them and thought highly of them and even recommended other people to them but I won't do that no more
