Salesman, Brian, was knowledgeable and clear in his presentation and crew was on time and committed to getting the unit installed that day. Great experience! Have been working with Holley Heating and Air Conditioning for over a year now and we are very pleased with the service. We assumed an HVAC transferable warranty contract from home sellers; Holley and Staff/Crew have honored that contract and have gone above and beyond in delivering top quality service. Scheduling - Service visits has been easy, the staff, the crew, have been knowledgeable, very responsive, they help educate the customer in use of new or unfamiliar products. To include installation of new fireplace gas log unit that no one else would touch because of the outdated unit no longer met OSHA standards. That's when HOLLEY stepped in, stepped up to help. From making the appointment to visit to the office to select our next gas log set to explaining the details, and allowing us to choose ONLY what would work in our size fireplace; to include addressing all the latest safety features and the remote control.
