You do need to have an appointment but I called the day before and he was able to see me quickly. I brought my desktop custom build in and in less than an hour he was able to diagnose and fix the issue. In less than 2 hours. I definitely recommend G&S Computing!

Highly recommend coming here for computer related issues if you are located in the Aiken area. Had a hardware issue with my laptop and he warmly greeted me at the door and was extraordinarily helpful. Was very easy to talk to as I have very minimal knowledge on computers and did not want to sound like an idiot, and you have no need to worry about that here as he is great at listening and understanding your issue without sounding condescending. He explains the issue and any other tech related information in easy to digest terms that even the simplest of us humans could understand.
