Katherine By Design went above and beyond in a way that you just do not see anymore. I called after she had already closed for the day, and instead of turning me away, she pulled over on the side of the road to take my order. Not only that, she turned around, went back to her shop, created a custom designer’s bouquet, and then personally drove nearly 20 miles to make sure my mom received flowers for her birthday.
This was for someone she had never met. A brand new customer. And she still chose kindness, professionalism, and care.
That level of service says everything about who she is and how she runs her business.
