The company's communication stinks. They do not let you know if an aide is not going to show up. They do not bother to send replacements, even if they know in advance that an aide isn't coming. They hardly answer the phone and then when they do, they act lost and can't solve or explain anything.

The Communication level with this company is not good. The aid may or may not show up. They don't send out replacements if no one is coming. The aids however are good with the client - just not dependable service. Hopefully this changes very soon.
