This was my first class at the Aiken Club Pilates - I’m visiting family. I’ve been a CP member in Florida for 4 years and took private lessons for 15 years before that. The caliber of the CP instructors is top level. I was not disappointed! Nolia was amazing, she fulfilled my expectations. Knowledgeable, professional, warm and out going. I enjoyed TRX and am looking forward to a reformer class with her very soon!

Today's Pilates class, taught by Nolia, was the perfect pace, had some excellent challenges that targeted my weak spots (think core and hamstrings) and gave me additional confidence. So grateful I am coming to this studio!

I wish I would have started as soon as I had responded to an ad on Facebook because this is the best exercise class I have ever taken and the only exercise class that has ever put a smile on my faceI am into my fourth month and I can feel and see a differenceI highly recommend Club Pilates
