Tavio, the new service tech, was friendly, knowledgeable, and pro active in his routine equipment maintenance service. He went above and beyond my expectations for normal maintenance activities; sequencing his activities to minimize home entry and looking for/resolving extraneous system issues. He assisted with id of a problem with a tankless water heater and offered his expertise to get the issue resolved. We liked his predecessor (William), but Tavio has stepped in and seamlessly assumed the task at hand. Bragg is fortunate to have landed him in their organization!
Over the many years, Bragg has been 100% consistent in providing people to install and service my heating and cooling who are mature, pleasant, extremely competent, and always professional. Their prices are fair, and they are completely honest. It's an A+ business in every respect. I highly recommend them.
Bragg installed and have performed maintenance on my unit for over 8 years and they are great. If you need any heat and air work new, replace or performing maintenance on a existing unit call Bragg.
