Based on the reviews, Aiken Eye Care provides eye exams, new glasses, and contact fittings. Dr. Roberts, Dr. Lori, and Dr. Hauser are wonderful and rare gems. The doctors are compassionate, caring, and thorough. They take the time to listen and are so kind and attentive. They explain everything and find a remedy. The staff is friendly, nice, and helpful. The front desk is friendly and competent. Patients had the most amazing experience from start to finish. The practice has top of the line equipment. One patient suffered for many years with eye strain while driving, and on the first visit Dr. Hauser prescribed treatment for dry eyes. Now after a few treatments and eye drops, the patient can drive unlimited hours without pain. Another patient learned so much and felt like they had a great understanding of their eyes. Patients highly recommend this practice and are so pleased.
I’ve seen the rest and now the Best in Aiken. Best eye care center ever! Staff is very welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the time I open the door to leaving the practice. Dr. Roberts was friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The entire visit was enjoyable and informative. Whenever I call the office I still get the feeling of importance. Dr. Roberts and her staff have created such a comfortable atmosphere and incredible experience that I can’t imagine ever seeing anyone else for my eye care.
Dr. Lori is a rare gem! It is seldom these days that a doctor takes the time to listen. She is so compassionate, caring and thorough. She took the time to listen to me and even went out of her way to make an appointment for me with another doctor. I can't express how special Dr. Lori is.
I had the most amazing experience here from start to finish. Initially when I was making my appointment, the staff members I was talking to were so nice. Then when my appointment came, everyone I spoke with was so helpful. I also can't say enough good things about Dr Lori! She was SO kind and attentive and seemed to genuinely want to help me. I am grateful to have found this office!
