Easy and efficient. They couldn't fully get the grass stains out of my son's suit pants but they're dry cleaners not miracle workers. Would recommend to most unless you prefer dealing with a human or have trouble with an automated kiosk but I prefer it.
The drop off and pick up of dry cleaning is super easy once you set up your account on the kiosk. I have a wedding dress that I need cleaned, but they don’t post their posted for when a live person is there. Went back three times but no live person and no indication of when there might be somebody there to accept the wedding dress. It doesn’t fit in the kiosk..
I was pleasantly surprised how easy the drop off and pick up was at the westerly location. All automated. Very easy using touch screen and bag drop system. And pick up was just as easy. And the important part the clothes looked great.
