JCPenney is a pleasant store that is laid out very well and is clean. The staff is generally helpful, courteous, and friendly. It is considered the best location by some, with a great selection for basics in men's clothing, especially in an area with few other shopping options. While the store may lack curb appeal and some wish for a broader selection of work-appropriate clothing, it remains a good store for finding sales and getting needed items efficiently. Customers hope it stays open.
I popped into JCPenney the other day while running some errands. It was a pretty average visit, honestly. The store had a decent amount of items to choose from, but it was really difficult to find anyone to help me when I had a question about sizes. The checkout line was also moving quite slowly, which was a bit annoying since I was in a rush. It is a convenient place if you just want to grab a few basic things, but do not expect a super quick or personalized shopping experience. I would likely stop by again if I really needed something specific, but it is not somewhere I would go just for fun.
I only went to return an online order, the associate was a bit unfriendly, I ordered two vests in the same size as one I got before, I assumed it would fit so I removed one tag, no damage, nothing was worn and the tag was there I understand that it's policy about the tag, but she could have been a little more pleasant, I returned the vests and might have shopped but her unpleasantness changed my mind, I still don't understand why the exact item in the exact size didn't fit because I loved the black one I purchased previously
Not sure how this place is managed to stick around. I never see anybody in here and they have swats and swaths of discounted clothing racks. But if you're willing to sift through, the discounted clothing and what find just what you're looking for You're in luck
