The Final Touch
“Edit 3: Dan reviewed the car and cleaned the missing spots (center console, door pockets, some missed stains). Part of the issue was the misunderstanding of cleaning expectations on my end (does not include ceiling and old stains require much more work to remove, if even possible to remove). I picked it up the next day. Dan takes his work seriously, so if there are any issues, he is willing to talk about it. Removed photos, as I do not have current pics to upload, but the car is cleaner.
Edit2: he called me back, was very polite and helpful. We are getting it taken care of on Friday.
Edit: my calls have not been answered to schedule the fix. I worry that it is intentional. Pictures attached. This cost me $206 (3% added for using AMEX).
Fair price, but missed several spots inside the small vehicle (center console, glove box, door pockets, ceiling; some stains in rear seat might not be able to be completely cleaned due to age). The owner, Dan, is willing to have me bring the car back to try again, as the very polite gentleman who cleaned it initially explained that he could only do so much with an injured arm (and I completely sympathize). I will update this review with photos afterwards.”
