Well, the staff is extremely nice here. Love that! This is the second time I've come here the last time about roughly a year ago. And that experience wasn't too bad. I came here Wednesday after making an appointment. I came into my appointment 10 minutes early. I didn't get seen till 25 minutes after my appointment was set for. I understand if you having clients running late. But if your client is more then 10 minutes late and is cutting that much time into your next appointments how well are you really listening to what the wants and needs are. I got a cut and style. I wasn't even asked how I wanted my hair styled and left unhappy with how it looked. I love my hair cut....read full review

Clean, friendly, on time, and they have the best sinks to support your neck...and I love my hair cut!!!! Thank you Jen for the great cut!!!!! Highly recommend to anyone reading this!!!!
