Tucker and Maggie had their first spa day with Melissa yesterday, I can't say enough wonderful things about the establishment....from making the appointment with Rowan to pickup later every thing was great !!! I was very concerned as Tucker ia a bit "spicey"....Melissa and staff are amazing and I look forward to going back !!! thank you soooo much !!!!

I came to know Melissa while bringing my dogs to her former location in West Warwick she reached out to me one day and asked me if I had any availability for her to become one of my tenants and one of my buildings from then on it was history her expertise and her Care for Animals while grooming is second to none.They are always positive and upbeat, even if they are having a difficult day...My pups are always happy, and look and smell amazing upon pick up..Her state of the art appointment booking system makes it impossible to miss your appointment.. I could not be more grateful for Melissa. She was so kind and sincere with my 13 year old Sheltie. He was such a happy dog when he left her care. What is better than that for a dog and his human mom? Nothing at all, that's what! We love Diamond in the Ruff. Thank you, Melissa!
