Excellent experience all around from the computer online sessions to the virtual skills session led by Richard Mazzie; who was outstanding!! First time using Code One but from start to finish I was very appreciative of everything they had to offer and I had to accomplish to receive my BLS & ACLS Certifications!! Thank you to everyone behind the scenes. ?

My instructor Kat R was excellent. I was a little skeptical about the video format but she made it feel like we were actually in the same room and this was one of the most effective CPR classes I’ve taken. I honestly think this improved my technique.

I worked with Carlo R. for my BLS/ACLS skills check, and oh my goodness he was wonderful. The computerized voices with the online simulator drove me up the absolute wall, and he was able to partially mute them so I could just do my CPR without being harassed by a computer. He was so obviously committed to making sure that I left being both competent and feeling confident in my skills. Excellent instructor, hybrid model worked well overall and I would definitely come back to Code One for future trainings ?
