Atlantis/Dylan was excellent - available same day appointment, Dylan was right on time, professional, friendly, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He made sure I understood what was going on and my options. They came to me highly recommended and I will in turn highly recommend!

The people working at Atlantis Comfort Systems are phenomenal. My elderly mother's HVAC decided to not work on the worst heat days of the summer. I called Atlantis and Chris Horan came to evaluate the HVAC system. He was friendly, professional and efficient from the beginning to the final install. He was not pushy nor trying to sway us into purchasing a new system. After evaluating the several choices we were given, we decided to replace the unit. Chris made sure to keep us informed throughout the whole process as the unit had to be ordered, made and shipped. We have had a service contract with Atlantis for several years and have been very happy with the service. Recently, a part failed in our AC equipment that resulted in the fan being very loud in our bedroom. The technician, Evan, quickly diagnosed the problem and installed the new part as soon as it arrived. He spent quite a bit of time making adjustments to the system to make sure everything worked perfectly.
Also, it's easy to schedule appointments and Billie in the office keeps on top of everything.
