Awesome experience scheduling with Garrett and his team for a commercial cleaning needed on short notice! I called the owner, Garrett, frantic about a commercial cleaning that wasn’t properly done by another company the night prior and he had a team together and onsite in under two hours! We received lots of positive feedback from the Store Managers as well. Overall- great communication, reliability, and cleaning from Garrett and his team. We look forward to scheduling more commercial cleanings with them again soon!

I’ve been going to Salon 102 for 7 years now and have never been happier to get my hair done with Kearry and it’s not just about the service, which has always been excellent, but when you walk in, everyone that works there greets and treats you like family! It truly is a special place and you can tell the community feels the same. I didn’t think it could get any better until Rachael joined with her esthetician and lashing expertise! I was hesitant about my first facial ever, but she put me at ease and really listened to my concerns and catered a session to ease me into it and 5 years later I am hooked! My skin has never felt and looked better and the lash extensions are the topping on the cake! Rachael will be the first and only call to make for all my glamming needs (she even does makeup)! I can’t wait for the masseuse to start. There’s no place I’d rather go to get my glam on and spend a few hours with friends get caught up with the locals!!
Dr Gallo is well-experienced and professional. His suggestions to help you achieve the best results you want. Kim the assistant is friendly and follows through on appointments. ~The NEW Chapel View Plaza location is very nice.
Charlie and Dave built out a master bedroom and home office addition for us. They did a great job at a fair price. Every project tends to have some change orders and unexpected problems during construction, and it was easy work out solutions. We asked them back to rebuild our deck and that also looks fantastic.

This vet and staff is amazing! Buckle up because I'm about to rave! I have 2 cats and a dog. One of my cats has asthma, so she's in there every 6 weeks for a shot to help her breathing. It's a quick in and out done by the tech staff. They are wonderful. Special shoutout to Dennis who is a cat whisperer. My sweet Bella is a nervous girl, he always takes the time to talk to her, hold her extra after her shot and give her treats. He really is so gentle with her and you can see he was made for this job! Now onto the front desk receptionist Vikki. I must call her like 40 times a year. Between emergency visits, having to reschedule things, having a cat with asthma and my crazy dog, Vikki knows my voice when I ring. She is not only extremely friendly. She goes above and beyond. My cat has an eye sore and unfortunately my husband and I both work way more than a standard 40 hour work week. The appointments she offered us we aren't able to make today. She went above and beyond all expectations. She showed a picture of the sore to the vet, and showed him. She called me back informing me the vet would send over an antibiotic and if in a few days his would doesn't improve to call her back. How amazing is that?! Seriously quality care! How about Dr. Dan sending a RX because we're so busy! I was panicking about to take Rocco to an Emergency Room if needed although it doesn't seem like a life or death situation. It just is in a bad spot. Big River Vet to save the day! Can't rave enough about them. It makes my heart so happy to take my animals to a place where the staff genuinely loves them.
Steve and his staff were awesome. It started last December when my hot water tank started leaking. He came out and replaced it with the understanding that I was going to convert to Gas in the Spring. He walked me through the RI Energy red tape and did part of the install before we went on vacation and finished up after we got back. Five Stars all the way. Thanks, Steve and Nate!!
